Matthew Papas

Matthew is the Head of Service and Operations at Pro Appliance. A licensed technician since ...., Matthew prides himself on remaining current in the industry and continuously seeks out opportunities for training and development. He is often called on by colleagues in his field to troubleshoot repair problems. This is especially true with newer models and the ever-increasing demand for gas appliances - an area he is particularly certified in.

Often recognized for his technical skill, for Matthew service is just as important as the quality of the repair. Cultivating long lasting service relationships with his customers is a top priority for Matthew. From their first interaction with the office through to completion of the repair, Matthew wants his customers to feel they have a trusted advisor. Someone they can rely on for an honest assessment of whether the repair is even worthwhile, and if so suggest the most economical route by offering advice on a suitable replacement; taking into account their budget, usage habits and preferences.

Matthew is genuinely passionate about his trade and it is reflected in the pride he takes in his work and the care he takes in addressing his customers concerns. It’s a work ethic he hopes to pass on to his daughter - his other love in life. Often referred to as ‘Disney Dad’ by his wife, you can often find him and his daughter having water balloon fights, sharing a bowl of popcorn for dinner, or doing whatever it takes to make the other laugh.

Appliance repair is Matthew’s livelihood. Being there to help is Matthew’s mission - at his home and yours.
